There was some broken glass in the carpet I stepped in and when I informed the receptionist he handled the matter incredibly professionally and empathetically, the manager ultimately apologized also and offered me a free nights stay, valid for a year. Now that’s what I’d call customer oriented service. No language problems.Check in speedy. Stored our bags securely between check out and flight. Notices warn of penalties for smuggling Durian and other pungent fruit into rooms.
