When I called the hotel to ask, was told to wait 15mins. When still no transfer arrive after 15mins I called again but was told to call their driver myself. In the end I had to make my own way there. There is no lift in the hotel. Nice and clean hotel, very near the airport. The best thing the hotel is provide van to and from hotel, although the hotel only have one van which have to wait if the van is full. This hotel was decent and provided a free airport shuttle.
