Great for work or leisure stay.

Used to stay here whenever I travel to KK for work. That's how we book this hotel during this round family leisure trip as I told them this hotel room condition is good, location is good and staff as well.

The hotel lobby and room are clean and appeared to have had a facelift recently. It is conveniently located. The check-in counter staff, Magdalene, if I am not mistaken, was very helpful and patience.

Our standard twin beds room is small, about 13 sqm. enough space for 2 carryon luggages. Only not much walking space. I booked this room as the price is low so I can’t complain. They do have bigger rooms available. Everything else was good. The bed is very comfortable and aircon is cool. The staff are courteous and friendly too. I also enjoyed the breakfast. It’s simple but tasty. The location is a big plus. The hotel has been upgraded so I would recommend this to my friends.

I like the studio, which has an good view of the sea, and the hotel is close to the amenities and eating places. Being a studio room, I would have love a worktable so that those on business trips can work in the room. Presently, we have to work on the bar counter will is not good as it strain the back.

Good location

The location is very good for the event that I attended. I can just walk for 5-7 minutes from the hotel to All Saints Cathedral, and it's was help me cut the transportation cost. 1st night I can't sleep well because of the itchy on my body, and I believe the bedsheets was not clean. But thanks for the cleaners that the next day after I informed the cleaners and asked them to change my bedsheets, they responded well and I have a good rest well.
