Everything was great and beyond expectation. Only one small issue: the coffee machine didn't seem to be working or not cleaned for a while. However, everything else was amazing.

Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended ..."
