That said, we would go back, but make sure the room was booked as requested. Here is what happened. We visited 6 rooms it total. It was a comedy of errors. That said, Thomas on the front desk, wins the customer service award. First our room was given to someone else, then in another room, the shower head was under a sloped roof at knee-height. To sit and bathe, you would bang your head. Then the TV wouldn't work. Then in the next room, after moving, the AC wouldn't work. Then, in a new room, the sink wouldn't drain. In the end, we slept.
