My big home can be yours! It's perfectly located in Kosice - old city, in Letná Street. That means that you are a VERY short walk to the well preserved historical centre (5-10 min), St. Elizabeth Cathedral - Slovakia´s largest church (9 min), many heritages protected buildings in Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, and Art Nouveau styles. Just opposite a nice Letna Park, Komenskeho Park. So close to thriving pedestrian zone with many boutiques, cafes and plenty of restaurants. One of the best restaurants - Krcma Letnais just opposite the main entrance of our home..., and so, SO MUCH MORE!!! Two sunny bedrooms, with a queen-sized bed and three beds, comfortable living area, eat-in fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom, long hallway, and all the appliances and internet you could need! Undefloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom; cozy in the winter. It's on the first floor, just over a small supermarket. The house has the elevator so suitable also for older guests. Quiet, safe building, with nice neibourghs. Easy parking. You can park for free in our garage. The apartment could sleep up to five, and even more on the sofa, but I'd prefer to keep it to one couple or a family. This apartment is an easy, hassle-free, luxurious, ideal place to launch a terrific Kosice Stay! Enjoy the best Kosice has to offer! Of course, my address is perfectly located to give access to everything this great city has to offer, by foot, tram, bus, taxi...and bicycle rentals. I love to to greet my guests upon arrival, and bid them a fond farewell at checkout. I'm always available to offer guidance or assistance during their stay, but many folks now know exactly where they want to go, and what they want to do, and I only hear from them when they contact me to make reservations again for next year! My neighborhood is just perfect for families, young couples, retirees, and business travelers, with countless amazing and diverse restaurants and pubs; Post Office ( 1 min), rental car agencies, office supply, and gift shops; movie theaters, Old Theatre , ; gourmet delis, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Very close to University Hospital, just opposite of Technical University My doorstep is just a couple blocks from the historical Old City. Trams run on Komenskeho Street (1 min ) . The streets are busy with taxis 24 hours a day!
