In der Wohnung waren alle Dinge ausreichend vorhanden.Unverständlich war für uns nur, daß drei Lampen nicht funktionierten und dieses von unseren Vorgängern anscheinend nicht gemeldet wurde. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Parkplatz ist nummeriert und kostenlos. Bis zum Strand und zur Seebrücke ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Im Ort kann man alles Nötige einkaufen.Leider erhitzt der Herd etwas langsam, so das man beim Kochen ein bisschen Geduld braucht. ##### Olaf M. Eines Nachmittags standen plötzlich andere Urlauber in unserer gebuchten Ferienwohnung. Obwohl wir eine gültige Buchung hatten, wurde den anderen Gästen ein Ersatzschlüssel ausgehändigt. Die Rezeption war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, um das Problem zu lösen, so dass die anderen Gäste zur Rezeption nach Zempin fahren mussten. Als wir den Vorfall dann telefonisch mit der Mitarbeiterin besprachen, wurde uns vorgeworfen, wir hätten das falsche Appartement bezogen, obwohl wir beim Einchecken unseren richtigen Namen angegeben hatten. Am Abreisetag wurden wir erneut beschuldigt, den falschen Schlüssel genommen zu haben. Der Umgangston war extrem unprofessionell und respektlos. Besonders beunruhigend war die Tatsache, dass anderen Gästen ein zweiter Schlüssel ausgehändigt wurde, der ihnen unerlaubten Zugang zu unseren persönlichen Gegenständen ermöglichte. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung enttäuschend und der Umgang mit uns als Gästen absolut inakzeptabel. Wir können uns daher nicht vorstellen, bei diesem Vermieter wieder zu buchen. ##### Marcel S.
