The apartment (63 sqm) is located on the upper floor (attic area) of a renovated in 2016 family home in the main street Koserow. The apartment is new and furnished to a high standard and has a bathroom with shower, corner bath and toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle etc. There is a separate dining area.

The living room invites you to relax with its large, comfortable couch (TV / WLAN available).

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with double bed or a single bed with trundle bed. The apartment is centrally heated and can accommodate 2-4 people, but because of the short-stepped, slightly steep stairs to the top, but it is not suitable for toddlers.

On the property are a sun terrace, massive barbecue and parking space.

It is possible to add a linen package for a small additional charge.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Eine wunderschöne kleine Ferienwohnung , ideal für einen kleinen Urlaub oder verlängertes Wochenende. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Wohnstube ist sehr gemütlich und man findet alles vor was man braucht. Alles in allem ist man hier bei sehr netten Gastgebern untergebracht. Wir kommen jedenfalls gerne wieder.

Es gibt so gut wie nichts zu kritisieren. Nur die steile Treppe würden wir für das ältere Semester nicht empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und komfortabel
Auch im Ort waren alle sehr freundlich. Leider konnten wir nicht zum Strand, das es keine Parkplätze für Behinderung in der Nähe gibt. Wenn doch, es nicht ausgeschildert war. Ich bin nicht in der Lage meinen Hunderte Meter zu schieben und er kann zwar kurze Strecken laufen, aber für uns war es zu weit und zu schwer. Schade. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub. Danke
