We very much liked our stay. Recently renovated rooms, it was a nice surprise. Pool area is very cool for kids. Only thing I would recommend to clean more around it (on the grass). Food is very tasty. Kids club is great, very friendly animators.

It’s lovely. The entertainment staff are second to none; the absolute best - we had an amazing holiday and the only thing we would fault is the all inclusive drinks (very watered, one beer available and Malibu pulled after 3 days), no water fountains (queue at the bar for water) and the poor sunbeds (face injury). Other than this- spot on!

Clean room that was great, the food was TERRIBLE. Pretty much felt like we were in a middle school cafeteria the hotel only offered bottom shelf liquor & cheap cheap wine & local beer. We were there for 8 days & only had 4 drinks total. Don't waste your money Kos town &Tigaki Beach are anout 10 minutes apart.

The overall stay was fun and great There where part that were really good: The room, staff, wifi, view, aqua park, animation team and mini disco Some that were ok: the food was ok, the adult animation was not enough, missing some music around the park The bad parts were: a lot of add ons (20 Euro t shirts, 5 Euro air tatos, 3.5 ice screams etc) the basic alcohol was poor, the a la carte restaurant was horrible The overall all experience was good and fun But the experience was this is what you get and deal with it

Nice hotel for a long Greek family holiday
It was a nice family trip to Greece, as always. Warm weather, nice window views, friendly staff, tasty food were the points we liked. There is no beach in front of the hotel, but after a 15-minute walk you can reach a beautiful sandy Karnagio beach. Many thanks to the staff, in particular to the waiters Amanda and Olga, to the bar keepers Oxana and Varvara, to the driver Marion as well as to the cleaning lady Irina. Special thanks to the general director George, who helped us to solve a couple of issues with our room. You all made our vacation amazing. The only person who in our opinion needs to work on her professionalism and client orientation is the reception manager Anastasia. She definitely could be more friendly to clients. Here are also some points we did not like. We did not like that the disco and noisy events ended only after 23 pm, and it is impossible to hide from these sounds even with the windows closed. No matter where your room is located, these sounds from the speakers at the disco can be heard throughout the hotel. It is also a pity that smoking is allowed in this hotel in the rooms and on the balconies. For us, as non-smokers, it was a challenge to wake up every morning at 6 a.m. because of the smell of tobacco from the next room, where guests smoked non-stop from morning to night.

Familienzimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig Essenauswahl war ok, man hat immer was gefunden. Liegen werden bereits vor 8 Uhr reserviert, sorry geht gar nicht. Die Liegen stehen auch sehr dicht beieinander, viel zu eng und auch zu wenig Sonnenschirme. Sauberkeit fanden wir ausbaufähig, der Poolboden war oft dreckig, Geschirr an der Pool-Snackbbar oft noch verschmutzt. Der Rasenteppich bei den Liegen war eingerissen, Stolperfalle. Die Anlage hat Potential, es müsste allerdings mal wieder einiges erneuert werden. Der „Fitnessraum“ ist in die Jahre gekommen, zwei Geräte defekt, eins tierisch laut. Trotz der negativen Punkte waren es schöne zwei Wochen bei Traumwetter. Ob es allerdings 4 Sterne sind und der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, ich weiß nicht so recht…

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Wenn man zwei lebende Kakerlaken im Zimmer antrifft muss man nicht wirklich viel zur Sauberkeit sagen. Auch weist das ganze Hotel sehr viel Renovierungsstau auf. Lediglich die Zimmer wurden „renoviert“. Das Servicepersonal Ist sehr freundlich, allerdings war es das auch an positivem Feedback. Das Essen ist sehr monoton, die Cocktails bestehen aus NoName Alkohol Sirup und überall auf der Anlage findet man weggeworfenen Müll und Unkraut. Das Poolwasser ist ab mittags milchig und der Strand ist ein Steinstrand und mit vielen Algen und co. Die liegen am Strand und Pool sind ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen und oftmals kaputt. Warum dieses Hotel 4 Sterne hat ist mehr als fraglich.

Séjour agréable en général
Chambre spacieuse, propre et moderne mais n'est pas trop bien insonorisée (proche des animations donc calme à partir de 23h) Personnel correct. Repas correct mais répétitif, dommage de mettre des fruits en plastiques avec les vrais même si c'est pour faire de la décoration. Déçue du restaurant à la carte grec car c'est la même chose qu'au buffet mais présenté autrement. Hôtel propre et entretenu qui respect l'écologie, mise en place d'un système de caution sur les verres à la piscine pour éviter que les gens les abandonnent.
