Excellent communication from the owner and her sister Maria who is available at the mini golf next door. Lovely surprises left to welcome us. Very warm and helpful people. Kitchen facilities are enough to make a basic meal, iron, travel hairdryer, kettle, small oven with 2 hot plates, toastie maker (not toaster) etc. Entrance is opposite Niriides Beach Hotel (give that address if using transfer service from airport). There are 5 good tavernas (1 shows football), a small shop for basics, car rental, bike rental, dive centre, tour shop within 5 minute walk. Larger supermarket is about a 15 minute walk. A bike/pedestrian lane runs all the way into Kos Town, 40 minute walk with plenty of places to stop at on the way. Regular bus on main road at back of cottage. Would definitely return. ##### Donna K.
