Cozy vacation home in Korswandt with garden, quiet and close to nature

The house combines upmarket quality equipment with a lot of comfort. This is reflected in a modern country style with an authentic home-feeling again. It has been individually decorated with great attention to detail and radiates a feel-good atmosphere. It invites up to 6 people to spend their holidays there. The house is right on the edge of the map Korswandt. Plenty of rest, the direct proximity to nature and the lakes provide a relaxing stay. On the ground floor is a shower room with in-house infrared sauna and washing machine. The open living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen and dining area is ideal for social gatherings. Over-height windows it goes to the terrace with a beach chair, which can be for sunbathing, barbecuing or simply used to relax. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with double beds and a room with a pull-out bed (1.40 m.). From the hallway upstairs a daylight branches with whirlpool. All windows in the house are provided with insect protection. The house is ideal for families and couples.

WiFi is accessible without cost.

In Korswandt you can escape the hustle and bustle of the imperial baths and is still tightly connected to the Baltic Sea and the nearby Wolgastsee.

Alles wunderbar

Wir haben uns in diesem tollen Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht, alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung wert.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir sind mit 2 Kindern gefahren und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet alles was man brauch und war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Vorteilhaft waren auch die 3 Schlafzimmer, die sich im oberen Stockwerk befinden. Unsere Kinder konnten so in einem eigenen Zimmer schlafen, waren aber nicht weit von uns entfernt. Für Familien also sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gut ausgestatte Doppelhaushälfte. Wir hatten mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern genügend Platz. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, man ist in ca. 5 Minuten am Meer und trotzdem weit genug weg vom Trubel. Der nahe Wolgastsee bietet eine schöne Runde zum Joggen/Walken. Der Service von ProHome war top. Die Heizung im Haus funktionierte nach der Winterpause noch nicht. Innerhalb einer halben Stunde war ein Haustechniker vor Ort und hat die Anlage zum Laufen gebracht. Als "Entschädigung" gab es sogar eine Flasche Wein. Wir können das Ferienhaus und auch die ProHome Ferienvermietung auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Hervorzuheben sind die bequemen Boxspringbetten, die Rolläden und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern sowie die umfangreiche Küchenausstattung.Die Lage ist schön ruhig. Usedom ist hügeliger als gedacht. Zum Fahrradfahren werden in Korswandt EBikes empfohlen. Die Betreuung und der Service vor Ort waren auch bei kleinen technischen Problemen sehr gut.

Wieder schön

Wir haben bereits 2019 hier eine Woche Urlaub gemacht und aufgrund dessen uns wieder für das Haus MeerSeenSucht entschieden. Wif beim ersten Mal gab es nichts auszusetzen und das Haus war wie wir es in Erinnerung hatten. Einzig das es keine Möglichkeit der verdunklung der Fenster in Form von Plissees oder Vorhängen gab, war für die Nacht und das lüften etwas abträglich. Da wir das aber wussten ,war das in Ordnung. Wie auch beim letzten Mal eine klare Empfehlung.

Alles super, schöne helle, gemütliche und sehr saubere Wohnung mit guten Betten. Wir hatten super Wetter, konnten den naheliegenden See sowie die Ostsee ausgiebig nutzen, beides wunderbar. Mit dem Fahrrad war der Weg hinunter nach Ahlbeck und auch zurück sehr anstrengend,da einige Berge zu bewältigen waren. Egal, wir sind trotzdem jeden Tag Fahrrad gefahren, Mückenabwehrspray nicht vergessen. War ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist wunderschön inkl. Garten und alles was man braucht zum wohlfühlen. Wir werden sehr sicher wiederkommen. Der See ist auch sehr schön, uns allen hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wir haben eine tolle Urlaubswoche in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es sind alle Dinge, die man für die tägliche Nutzung braucht vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit Strandkorb, Sitzgruppe und Grill lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus war sehr sauber und an allen Fenster befindet sich Insektenschutzgitter. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappte bestens. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
