The separate kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave and fridge with freezing compartment and a dishwasher. In the living room you can make yourself at the new stove really comfortable. Bathroom with shower and toilet and washing machine. A covered terrace with barbecue and two parking spaces is available for use. Smoking is permitted in this apartment, as well as bring pets. The initial bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee. The newly renovated holiday home you have an apartment in the basement and an apartment upstairs available. Away from the bustle, surrounded by unspoiled nature and yet only 3.5 km from Ahlbeck and the seemingly endless sandy beaches of the island of Usedom. Korswandt is surrounded by beech forests, meadows, and the Gothensee and the Wolgastsee. The house befindete located just 100 meters from Wolgastsee and is on a busy street. In place an ice cream parlor and a snack are restaurants, right on Wolgastsee available. The nearest supermarket is 3 km and is located at the entrance to the seaside resort of Ahlbeck. Nearby is the golf course Baltic Hills. Direkt am See mit Angebot für stand-Up-Paddeling und Tretbootfahren. Leider hatten wir nicht ganz so schöne Tage wetterbedingt, aber die region hat super Angebote für "schietwetter". Das Objekt und die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche lies zu wünschen übrig. Wir hätte uns moderne Ausstattung und mehr Küche helfer gewünscht. Das objekt ist sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten die wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Als im 1.OG weitere Gäste angereist sind, mussten wir feststellen, dass die Nachtruhe sehr gestört word, wenn sie über einen laufen das Objekt befindet sich direkt an der Straße. Parkmöglichketen für 2 Autos waren vorhanden. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das warme Wasser in der Nacht nicht ging, was für Frühaufsteher schöecht ost bzw auch wenn man spät abends in die Unterkunft kommt. Beim Auschecken, zigen wir due Bettwäsche ab und mussten feststellen, dass die Kissen drunter sehe fleckig sind, müssten evtl. Getauscht werden. Super war, dass wir eine Waschmaschine nutzen komnten. Ein ausklappbarer Wäscheständer bei einer Personenzahl von 6Personen für die Wohnung wäre angemessen gewesen. Der Duschschlauch des Wannenbades hatte kaum Druck, sodass das waschen der Haare und ausspülen erschwert war. An einem Tag schlug früh gegen 08:00Uhr der Hausmeister auf und kümmerte sich um den Außenbereich. Find ich gut, jedoch wäre eine spätere tageszeit angemessener gewesen, um den Rasen zu mähen. ##### Anja N.
