"My stay at the Marriott Bonaventure was excellent! The front desk staff when i checked in were friendly and helpful. We had drinks a late night meal at the Starbucks, which was okay, the food was good, but the person serving us was nice, but also seemed a little frustrated that several customers were arriving so close to closing, but she did accommodate everyone. We asked for extra towels and received them quickly. The young man at the Concierge Desk was nice and friendly when I stopped to ask if I could get my room cleaned. On our last day we needed a late checkout and the response was positive and friendly."

"Overall its a nice hotel but 3 out of 6 nights that I was there i was either woken up or couldn't sleep due to.the noise. I heard door slamming constantly, heels walking on the wooden floor and people chit chatting. Not sure if my room was at a bad location or the walls are not soundproof."

"I absolutely loved my stay here. Only in town for a 2-night 3-day trip and the staff was so helpful and kind. I also enjoyed the H cafe. Be prepared for a little noise but it’s to be expected and honestly didn’t bother me at all. Would absolutely stay here again and highly reccomend it!"

"The room was good. They need new carpet & to clean the windows more often. There were huge globs of bird poop on the window outside but the AC was cold, the bathroom was clean, the bed was comfortable & a lot of shelf space for your stuff. The parking lot doesn't have a gate but each time we went down we saw security in the parking lot. It's small so try to get back early to get a space. If a spot isn't open security takes your keys & parks your vehicle in a no parking marked spot. We had to do that once and it was fine. When we went down in the morning our car was parked in a regular spot. We were impressed with the breakfast! They had hot & cold options. The coffee is Folgers brand & they have juice as well. DONT FORGET THE BREAKFAST VOUCHER. The bfast staff checks vouchers & punches the day. If you don't have it they turn you away & tell you bring it. The bfast area is a small area so try to get there early to avoid crowding. Staff ensures tables & bfast area is clean. They wipe down tables quickly once a family leaves so others can sit. They did a great job!! The location was scary at first but it wasn't as bad as we thought. There's some homeless people around but they don't bother you. We walked to dinner a few times & didn't have any issues. There's restaurants & the metro station within walking distance. Also, a Walgreens across the street which is very convenient! Overall, we enjoyed our stay! If we ever go back to LA we most likely will pick this hotel again."
