Natasha at the front desk greeted us warmly and even offered us towels to dry off when we came in after a huge downpour. The taller gentlemen at the front desk was also helpful with checking in and making sure our stay was comfortable. Unfortunately one of our rooms wasn't ready at check in and was not ready until 7pm. There was a tornado warning which meant linen delivery was late but the manager kindly gave us 50 percent off our room for that first night. Both doormen were also fantastic. There was one women at the front desk who wasn't as nice and just seemed to be angry at the world. But overall excellent service at this hotel. Location was great. We were close to supermarkets and all the major monuments and museums. Trader Joe's and wholefoods are walking distances away. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Heating was a little too effective and got too hot for our liking so we just turned it off and kept it off during our stay. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to DC!
