"Was there for 3 nights. After the first night the AC stopped working. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it didn't work. We tried to change rooms but we're told they were booked and there wasn't an option to switch. One desk clerk was very unhelpful telling us just to open the door to the terrace. ..."

"This cottage was absolutely perfect! Clean, plenty of room for 4 adults. And the views. Breathtaking! Wonderful outdoor space for dining and lounging surrounded by the Alps! Milena made us feel very welcome. Check in was easy. We still can’t believe we stayed in this amazing place!"
