Smelling pillows

It's a very good renewed hotel and confortable, but the blanket and the pillow in my room were smelling like sh.t, seemed not to be washed since they renewed it. My colleague was in other room and it was the same smell, so it was not a coincidence.

Ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels ist ohne anklopfen ins Zimmer gekommen. Und anstatt sich zu entschuldigen und rauszugehen hat er ganz entspannt seine Arbeit erledigt. Das Gleiche ist bei 2 meiner Kollegen passiert. Das ist höchst unprofessionell.

Nice and clean, disaster breakfast

Rooms nice and clean. People at the recept ion were quite helpful. The breakfast is a disaster though (cheapest ham, cheese and marmeláda, supermarket bread and buns, no fruit) and not replenished continously. More like a 2* B&B than a 90eur hotel.

Velmi dobry hotel s par vyhradami

Kedze sme dost toho precestovali a pracoval som aj v hotelovom biznise, viem, ze ranajky na 4* mozu byt aj lepsie-pestrejsie aj rozsiahlejsie. Doplnanie parkov po par kusoch a servirovanie prazenice (michanych vajicek) v tanieri prikrytym inym tanierom, bolo - jemne povedane - netradicne. Skratka, lowcost breakfast, na viac dni by to uz bolo dookola zo iste, a to je skor uroven hotela 3*. Je nacase urobit v EU dohodu, co ma ponuknut H4*, niekde aj sampus na rano, inde len zaklad na urovni 2-3*… Staff by mal mat jednotny odev a menovky. Nemal. Ale hotel bol vybavenim OK, moderny, cisty a recepcne svojou ochotou vysvetlovat nam trpezlivo vsetky detaily nasich planovanych vyletov, zvysili dobry pocit z ubytovania. Boli naozaj velmi mile. Nedostatky su chybou mamažmentu, no chapem, ze tato doba je tazka a setri sa vsade. V noci sme mali pod oknami rusno, nevadil lunapark (“pouť”), ale hlucna mladez (primerane) do rana. Prezili sme, hoci spanok za vela nestal, dan za hotel akoby v centre. Prekvapilo mesto a jeho okolie spustou atrakcii, muzei, moznosti na prechadzky. Urcite zaujimavy pobyt, ktory by mohol byt hravo o 1-2 dni dlhsi, aby sme stihli vsetko. Vyhrady patria k veci na zamyslenie sa a zlepsenie. Urcite odporucame a dakujeme.

Room Deluxe

Room deluxe for two was great! Free water bottle and beer was very nice, also air condition was very good. Unfortunately breakfast was with poor quality of vegetable, ham and cheese not many opions with fruit. On the other hand you can try czech cakes for breakfast. The hotel bar Fifty Fifty is amazing, you can ask for cocktail which is not in their offer and they create something very very delicious. Rooms are very nice, but next time I would try breakfast in Fifty Fifty (they offer also breakfast menu - Mo-Fr).

Hotel z venku vypadá velmi zastarale. Vnitřní interiér je ale opravdu pěkný a vkusně zařízený. Milý personál. Snídaně super. Od všeho něco, každý si vybere. Mínusem však je, naprostá absence skříní na pokoji, prosklené dveře do koupelny a toaletu a možnost otevřít pouze jedno okno v pokoji, hluk před hotelem v nočních hodinách. Bydleli jsme v 7 patře a ze soboty na neděli, fakt docela rambajs. Hlavně taxikáři čekající před hotelem. Z neděle na pondělí už byl klid.
