The 1-bedroom apartment for 3 is surrounded by peace, sunshine, and greenery all around and offers a private terrace to relax and dine with lovely views of the Gulf of Trieste.  
  
As you step inside, you\\'ll be immediately relaxed in cosy and inviting indoors. The open-concept layout seamlessly combines the living, dining, and sleeping areas and is fully air-conditioned for your comfort. The equipped kitchen features all modern appliances like an oven, dishwasher, and fridge with freezer.

If you prefer the beach, head to Žusterna Beach, where you can bask in the sun or take a refreshing swim in the Adriatic Sea. Alternatively, guests with children can enjoy the Žusterna Aquapark right next to the beach.  
  
Also at a 15-minute drive lies the town of Izola, as well as, the heart of Koper\\'s charming Old Town, where you can explore historical landmarks like the Praetorian Palace and marvel at the grand Titov Square. Meanwhile, for outdoor enthusiasts, the nearby Škocjanski Zatok Nature Reserve is a 15-minute drive away, offering birdwatching and scenic hikes along the wetlands. The property is also ideal for cyclers - it has bike storage and the bike lane is just across the street that can take you all around the Slovenian and Istrian coast. For family fun, the popular Ankaran Adventure Park is a 15-minute drive, offering thrilling zip lines and treetop adventures.
