Perfectly renovated authentic homestead

With amazing eye for practical authenticity, well thought-out renovations have created a comfortable domain with stairs and steps and so many comfortable rooms and areas. Any equipment imaginable is provided. The walled courtyard can be locked to keep your dog or the ripe figs and grapes extra safe!

Fantastic house, fabulous view

Casa Frata is a fantastic home, very comfortable, with magnificent views, and esay access to great villages both in Slovenia and Croatia. Ulrich & Irena have bwen thinking of every small details to make this place beautful, practical and comfortable. You can feel they trust their guests a lot. During our stay in Slovenia, we experienced very bad weather and heavy floods all over the country which impacted our travel plans. Ulrich and Irena went above and beyond what normal hosts would do to help us. This is the is kind of home you want to keep secret to make sure you can come back again. Sincere thanks for everything.

Magical house near the Slovenian cost

Our family - husband, wife and three teenage sons - had the fortune of spending almost a week at Casa Frata this summer. We all loved the house! It is much bigger than we expected, with lots of lovely rooms, lots of light and with all the utilities you could ever need. The Zwack family has obviously put a lot of love, consideration and hard work into restoring the old farmhouse, making it at very unique home - comfortable and yet extremely idyllic. The many levels and rooms give the house an almost magical touch. And the view from the garden is simply unbelievably; no photo can do it justice. We were a bit stunned every time we opened the front gate and saw the garden with the valley extended before us. We had a lot of very useful information before we came, and Ulrich even answered several questions while we were at the house. It is a fantastic house, and we very much hope to come back soon!

Zu empfehlen!

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche in diesem gepflegten Ferienhaus. Leider war das Wetter etwas durchwachsen und das Haus ohne Zentralheizung und daher recht kalt, als wir eintrafen. Die Vermieterin hatte uns aber im Vorfeld darauf hingewiesen, sodass wir kleidungsmässig gut ausgerüstet waren. Das Haus hatte dann bereits am nächsten Tag eine ordentliche Grundwärme. Ansonsten ist das Haus gut ausgestattet, die Zimmer mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Falls notwendig war die Vermieterin immer gut zu erreichen.Das Haus liegt günstig, um das slowenische Istrien zu erkunden. Lipica und Postojna mit Predjama waren in erreichbarer Nähe und als Wanderregion ist die Ecke sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders Piran hatte es uns angetan.

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaftem Ausblick, liebevoller Einrichtung und sehr sauber. Die Ortschaft ist gemütlich und man ist schnell in der Natur. Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir verbrachten mit der Familie eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in dem bezaubernden Ferienhaus. Man spürt, dass das Haus mit viel Liebe renoviert und gestaltet wurde. Da wir gerne zusammen kochen, haben wir uns über die super ausgestattete Küche sehr gefreut. Auch die ausführlichen Infos und Tipps der Vermieter im Vorfeld waren hervorragend. Die Mondbucht, Piran und ein Ausflug nach Ljubljana waren unsere Highlights. Einzig allein die Mücken waren etwas anstrengend. Was uns aber nicht davon abhalten würde, wieder zu kommen. Stilvoll eingerichtetes Bauernhaus mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Sommerwochen in der Ruhe von Kostabona verbracht. Wir konnten sehr gut in der Umgebung Fahrradfahren mit vielen Höhenmetern und Schotterpassagen. Tagesausflüge nach Triest und zur Höhle von Postojna sind von dem Ferienhaus aus sehr gut zu machen. Die slowenische Adriaküste haben wir auch gut erreichen können. Bei tollem Wetter haben wir den Garten und die Terrasse sehr genossen. Rundum ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt an diesem herrlichen Fleck Erde sehr genossen. Die "Casa Frata" ist ein so liebe- und geschmackvoll renoviertes Haus, dass man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Der Blick über das Land ist phantastisch, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Terrasse ein Traum, die Ausstattung perfekt. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war immer äußerst herzlich und ihre umfangreichen Tipps waren goldwert. Vielen Dank, liebe Familie Zwack, dass wir diesen Herzensort mit Ihnen teilen durften.

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Umgebung

Das Haus ist wunderschön renoviert und hervorragend ausgestattet. Vor allem die Terasse mit Blick über das Land ist traumhaft. Kostabona ist ein nettes kleines Dorf, und in der Umgebung lassen sich viele Entdeckungen machen. Wir waren oft in Piran, sind an der Küste entlang gewandert oder haben in der Mondbucht gebadet. Auch die Höhlen von Skocjan sind gut zu erreichen und ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis.

Tolles altes Haus in Kostabona.

Wunderschön mit Liebe zum Detail renoviertes altes Haus im slowenischen Istrien. Tolle Terasse unter Wrinblättetn mit Blick über die Hügel und in der Ferne sieht man die Adria. An Ausstattung gab es mehr als genug, das Haus war supersauber. Alle slowenischen Küstenorten sind von dort gut erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Sommerurlaub

Wunderschönes, sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes altes Bauernhaus. Es gibt im Haus und im dazugehörigen Garten viel zu entdecken. Das Dörfchen Kostabona ist ein verträumter, alter Ort, gefühlt am Ende der Welt, eingebettet in wunderschöne Natur. Von dort lassen sich mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung und zur nahegelegenen Küste unternehmen. Einzig eine Klimaanlage fehlt, da es im Sommer doch wirklich sehr warm wird im Haus. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert
