Excellent room and in an amazing location. Room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. There are plenty of food options around and it is a very short walking distance from major sights. We will definitely book here again when we return to Warsaw!

Great location - easy walk to train station, centre and old town square. Walls need a fresh coat of paint. Brown convertible couch in the studio apartment had a thick layer of dust when you open it up so was a bit off putting but sheets were fresh. Easy self check in /check out.

Very difficult to communicate. It takes 24 hours for the property management to get back to you. And when you call them they do not pick it up. The hotel.com website states the units have AC. But there is no AC in any of the units. It’s a miss advertising. One unit on the company website states AC but when we got a hold of the management to change our room to it they said it’s not AC it is a Fan Unit. We booked a unit based on AC and could not get our money back. Units are also a bit old and moldy due to the humidity and no AC. Do not book in the summer or you will be disappointed.
