"Zero courtesy, un experienced checkin staff - night . Broken safes and coffee machine and cold plus stale breakfast.Asked for baby milk and got denied.Had to walk 30 minutes at 1 am to get milk.I don’t recommend this place even for free."

"You can see stains on the carpet because it is light grey. Area is not close to city centre but the tram ride is a short one. It’s a decent price for a stay because Frankfurt is expensive. "
