(687 reviews) Hotel overlooks river nothing special about immediate area and about 15 mins to Christmas markets . Hotel clean partner had breakfast and approved . "Hit and miss" reception atmosphere and response. Reception (male 30s pony hair, no tie scruffy) rude ignored me completely whilst I waited to be served. Housekeeper missed our bedroom 1st day completely even though we had left early and out for most of the day. Wouldn’t call hotel 4\* attention to detail and little extras bottled water, in bathrom only 1 dispenser "Dove" liquid. What happened to body lotion shampoo and conditioner for example. Room for improvement.....
