The owner was very talkative and friendly. He was reachable over WhatsApp/LINE/Telegram/WeChat, and offered free pick up and drop off options at Izu Kōgen (伊豆高原) station and a few tourist spots. The stay was quiet and peaceful and I greatly enjoyed it.

"The property was very clean and spacious. The hosts instructions were very clear with lots of information about nearby shopping, restaurants and hot springs. The car park was very close to the property as well as the station being one minute away. The beach is also a one minute walk. I highly recommend this property for both small and large groups. "

"This is my first trip to Japan with my brother and cousin and we had an amazing time staying here. Our hosts took care of everything we needed and were extremely helpful with helping us navigate through town. They even let us know that there were going to be fireworks at the beach! They gave us a map on how to get there and which route to take for the best shops as well as the best spot to camp at for the fireworks.
The amenities were great, everything was clean, and they were so friendly and helpful. There is a nice cafe 2 minutes away and the train station is just a few minutes away. They made our trip memorable and I hope to visit again when I come back to Japan. Highly recommend staying here!"
