Simple, clean, friendly staff. It was well located for trams and trains. The room was clean, it had everything we needed. The bed was average, the mattress a bit on the firm side.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much.
