"Plenty of helpful and friendly staff. The room was cleaned to a high standard and well stocked and organised. The hair dryer and steamer were high quality. The pool area is beautifully decorated. Loungers are limited and fully taken by 1130. The DJ and saxophone artists were excellent. Breakfast buffet has good selection and was fresh and good quality. Coffee machine rather than espresso machine with barista but acceptable. The Al a carte restaurant was disappointing. The service was fine but the food was very basic and Salty."

"It was very beautiful. The staff were wonderful and respectful. Location is great especially if you have a renter car. We were 10 minutes from lovely waterfront restaurants and the center of town. It is a quiet town. It’s lighted up at night time. We will definitely be back."

"A unique hotel situated facing Elounda bay. It’s on the main road and you can walk to restaurants and shops. There are 4 different buildings and figuring where your room is might take a couple of trips. Smartly designed rooms with comfortable beds. The parking area is tricky to locate and may be a challenge for some drivers. Overall we only stayed two nights and wished it was longer."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was in good condition, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, private jacuzzi, and beautiful views. We stayed on the first floor with direct access to the pool, which was also very nice. The main issue we experienced was the lack of available staff. On one occasion, our room was not serviced and our towels were not replaced. When we called to ask about it, we were simply told that it was the staff’s day off. I understand that employees need days off, but a hotel with guests should always have someone available to assist, especially when families with children are staying there. For example, if a child has an accident and the sheets need to be changed, there should be someone available to help. I believe this is the main area the hotel needs to improve. There should always be someone available at the front desk or at least an on-call staff member who guests can easily reach when assistance is needed. Another issue happened about three days before our departure, when we received a notice saying that we owed a €25 fee. During those last three days, every time I returned to the hotel, I checked the front desk because I wanted to pay it, but there was never anyone there. I genuinely did not know who to pay or where to leave the money. In the end, we had to leave without being able to pay the €25. Aside from the staffing issue, the property itself was ve"

"The staff is outstanding. Everybody is nice and you feel a wish to « go the extra mile ». You want something they don’t have, the find a way. Absolutely no waiting time with the buggies as the staff are so numerous. We had such a lovely time. The resort is indeed kid friendly however the « adult zones » create a bit of a weird feeling and there are not a lot of animation like some resort. You don’t go there for the animation, you go there for the extreme serenity provided by the beauty of the place. Tips: ask for a buggy tour around the hotel. You should see everything, views are outstanding!"
