Fe/Wo 350 m from the wide beach. Swimming pool, sauna, fitness, beautiful surroundings,

Polanki is a modern residential complex in the western part of Kolberg. It is located just 350 metres from a wide beach that has been awarded the Blue Flag—a distinction given to beaches that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
The complex is secured to guarantee residents the greatest possible comfort and safety. The great advantage of the Polanka complex is its versatility—on the one hand, it is secluded, offering peace and quiet away from the noise of the city and contact with nature; on the other hand, it takes just 5 minutes to reach the centre of Kołobrzeg and enjoy the city’s attractions.

A recreational complex is available to residents of the housing estate: a heated, covered swimming pool, a children’s pool with a slide, a sauna, a fitness room, a game room, and a children’s playground. Polanki is located near a coastal forest criss-crossed by beautiful bike paths—you can rent bicycles at the property.
