"VV bereder var lekk, så det dryppet heftig og gulvet i gangen ble klisj vått når vi dusjet. Ubehagelig lytt mellom leilighetene, vi hørte alt som foregikk der, som om vi var i samme leilighet. Matlukt sivet inn til oss. Sovesofa var vond å ligge på. Eneste pluss var at det lå veldig sentralt i gamlebyen."

"The room was really clean and spacey. The windows were a lovely bonus as we had views of the water. The bathroom was gorgeous with so much space and amenities like the soaps and lotions. We were VIP so also had a welcome bottle of wine of arrival which was a lovely touch. The breakfast had a wide range of cold meats and salad, the Prosecco was amazing. It would nice to have the option of toast rather than just bread and a few more sweet continental options but would definitely recommend! "

"Beautiful hotel. Second stay here. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. For the second time however we found the bar staff decidedly unhelpful. We returned to the hotel at around 9.30pm and were able to order one drink before being told the bar was closing. The following evening, different bar staff were curt and borderline rude. It seems they decide at what time the bar/restaurant closed. There were no signs stating closing times. It’s the first time as a hotel resident I have been unable to relax with a drink before 10.00pm. Lovely hotel but the experience in the bar would stop me returning here. Such a shame"
