Old farmhouse for 40 years in family ownerschip. It is located in a corner of a forest with a fantastic view on the village of Kollnburg with its romatic old castle. In the distance you have a fabulous view on the hills of the bavarian forest: Arber, Rachel, Osser and Lusen. The large property with fields and forest has an own sourse with bubbles out in the barbeque hut and flows into the fishpond. The spacious terrace invites you to lie in the sun or to have breakfast. The romantic fishhut has a installed barbeque for your barbeque party with friends.

The House is comfortable with lot of wood.. In 4 sleeping rooms are beds for 7 persons and 1 baby. 1 Bathroom is integrated in a sleeping room. The second bathroom is in the second floor. The studio is with a south balcony.

Es war wie jedes Jahr wieder super schön und selbst der Dauerregen konnte uns den Urlaub nicht verderben. Du gute Lage erlaubt es auch in nur kurzen Regenpausen bei einem entspannten Spaziergang wunderschöne Landschaft zu genießen.Wir empfehlen das Haus jederzeit weiter und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Vorzügliche Lage, in der sich sommerliche Atmosphäre mit angenehmer Baulichkeit verbindet: einfaches Haus mit notwendiger Ausstattung. Es würde allerdings deutlich zum Genuss beitragen, wenn es den Besitzern gelänge, die Pflege vor Ort aus der Ferne (sie leben im Sauerland) zu organisieren - so fehlen Übergabe mit Erläuterungen durch die äußerst freundlichen und angenehmen Beauftragten (zB: was gibt es und was nicht - etwa: kein Geschirrspülmittel (soll man das am Samstagabend kaufen fahren??), keine Topflappen, oder wo im Himmel sind die Mülltüten versteckt?) und Zeit, um die Betten vor Ankunft der Gäste zu beziehen... - alles bedauerliche und unnötige Erschwernisse. Wir wünschen erfolgreiche Reorganisation und künftigen Gästen eine recht schöne Zeit.

Wir, meine Frau und unsere drei Kinder im Alter von 4, 9 und 11 Jahren, hatten leider nicht das beste Wetter während unseres Aufenthalts – es regnete viel, was uns natürlich umso mehr auf die Unterkunft angewiesen machte. Doch schon zu Beginn wurden wir von einer super netten Nachbarin herzlich empfangen, die uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand, was den Aufenthalt gleich angenehm und unkompliziert machte.Das Haus war, wie beschrieben, sehr großzügig und mit vielen Zimmern ausgestattet – es fehlte fast an nichts. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und es gab viele positive Aspekte zu genießen.Es gab jedoch auch einige Kleinigkeiten, die den Gesamteindruck etwas trübten. Im Fernsehzimmer waren leider Ameisen, die durch die Wände krabbelten, und ein Insektenspray war nicht vorhanden, sodass wir dieses selbst besorgen mussten. Das Gewürzregal war etwas enttäuschend, da Salz fehlte, und in den Zimmern, besonders auf dem Dachboden im Schlafzimmer, fanden sich Spinnenweben, die schon eine Weile dort gewesen sein mussten. Auch auf der Terrasse gab es lose Bretter und die obere Stufe zum ersten Stock war instabil, was leider nicht ganz ideal war.Das Haus hat insgesamt viel Potenzial und könnte mit einigen Renovierungen wieder zu einem echten Highlight werden, denn es ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Für Familien mit Kindern würde es zudem den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen, wenn das große Grundstück mit mehr Spielmöglichkeiten ausgestattet wäre
