Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

#### FEELING CHEATED

Disaponting of being allowed a small dirty room instead of the booked Deluxe Large room. Latter on insisting, though the staffs allowed a bit bigger room, but the basic need of electrical appliances like Ceiling Fan was not working. No water being supplied to the room, Neither a Glass.
