When it comes to staying in a five star hotel. The staff had no clue what they were doing. We checked in , got our keys and when we went up to our room.. we swiped the card , door opens and we see a half naked man in the bed jerking himself off !!! We rushed out of the door .. went downstairs to the reception and they were not even sorry... just handed us another key and said it was just a system error. 2nd : we couldn’t sleep all night because they have night club in the same Bldg and it was too loud. 3rd: the bedsheet , pillows everything looked as if never changed, and stinky. Also, we prepaid for two nights but after thai experience we left the first night and decided not to stay the other night.. and we never got our money refunded. I had no energy to argue with the most unprofessional, untrained staff so we decided to let it go. I was very upset at the way I was handled by the young ladies during checkin and their inability and/or unwillingness to resolve the problems I faced on the first night. However, when I brought the issues to the knowledge of Sansmit, he acted on it right away and took care of me extremely well. I can not but thank this gentleman for his help. He is the kind of staff that Park should have. At the end of the day, I am very satisfied and enjoyed my stay at Park thanks to Sansmit. However, I would suggest that Park employs staff that take care of the guests unlike the one’s who proved their ineffiency at taking care of me on my first evening there. I will stay there again if the Park management makes sure that they have the proper staff, whose duty is to take ultimate care of it’s guests. If you run into problems there, please bringit to the management’s notice. They will take care of you.
