It is a good hotel, a bit soulless but it is situated away from the mayhem that is Central Kolkata. Towel are all worn down. Vanity in the bathrooms have stain same with toilet seats. Service quality is also not appreciable, ordered a glass, it took them multiple reminders and over 45 mins to get.
