The room was very clean and comfortable, the young lady on reception was lovely, so helpful, polite and she went above and beyond and the location was perfect.
Negatives - The man on reception was not at all pleasant, never even said good evening and the restaurant / bar staff were so rude that we didn't even bother to try it after our first experience when we walked in. We quickly walked back out again

Gym was reserved and not available for use during my stay, an email advising of this private reservation would have been appreciated, I would have scheduled my time for the gym at another time.
I did not realize that there aren't any TV in the rooms.
No idea what time my breakfast arrives, it is placed outside of my door and found whenever I decide to open my door. Would be good to know when the food arrives so it can be eaten while still hot/warm and fresh.
Bed and bedding was very comfortable.
