"Check in was good the staff who helped very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bed and main amenities nice, missing a couple usually standard items missing like a hair blow dryer, ice trays in the freezer or directions to if there was even an ice maker on property, there were no creamer packets or pods with the coffee maker.
Hot tub, had a posted night closing time of nine pm but when asked the office gal told me not to worry could use any time. Got back from dinner about 9 am and was looking forward to taking a nice soak, by the time (within 15 minutes) we were headed out the door and heard a lot of loud talking from the direction of the Tub, when I looked there were 6 or so people in the tub obviously drinking (including out of glass bottles) and one very loud talking female spouting in vulgar language disgusting details about her exploits. Well we went back to the room to wait them out, by 10:30 pm we gave up because they were still using it. In the morning we decided to try it, when we got there and looked at the water we thought “no way” the water was cloudy and a light brownish hue, went back to our room, packed, turned the key in (office was closed, and left. I am a licensed COP if I know the standards, it was unfit for use in my opinion."

Cozy 1-bedroom hotel in fantastic Dinosaur with WiFi
4/10 Poor
"#1 - If you're looking for a "luxury" place, that would be in Vernal, UT., not Dinosaur My assumption: this place was a hotel and it's being flipped into a VRBO by adding kitchens to the rooms. The work isn't done yet. There were cables/wires coming out of the walls, lights that weren't working, dirty floors, and the dishes in the kitchen all had a thick cover of dust. The room was supposed to have a/c, but it didn't, and that area gets very hot for much of the year. I called the mgr to ask about the a/c and they thought it had been installed. While I was in Dinosaur NP on day 2, someone came out and installed a window a/c in the kitchen, which was appreciated, but they left the kitchen counters and stove covered w/ dust and debris from their work. I knew where I was and I wasn't expecting luxury, but this place wasn't ready. That said, the mgr was receptive and helpful, and this place was far better than camping in the hot, dusty, and windy area that describes this entire part of the country."
