The floor was dirty when we checked in. The shower was not well cleaned. Mold was starting to grow in the shower area. The AC did not work. Instead of cooling the room, the room would get warmer when the AC was turned on. On multiple occasions the door or window had to open to cool the room.

Beautiful, impressive property with polite, attentive staff. Breakfast had amazing variety, delicious food. Loved the perk of admission to the private Salon with champagne happy hour and snacks throughout the day. Having both an indoor and heated outdoor pool and hot tub was another favorite amenity.

Great location but the reception desk located on third floor was inconvenient and the ground floor cafe opened late and closed early. The shower walls need updating and the powder room in our Triple bed unit smelled like cigarettes. If these items are updated, I would definitely return and recommend to others!
