The whole resort is absolutely stunning - the food, the staff, the views, the beach, the activities - all perfect. Such an idyllic location - also so much fun having your own golf cart for the entire stay. We cannot thank the resort enough for such an incredible time here.

The resort has everything and and a nice sunset. Everything is fine. Just the English standard of the staff need to improve for non Japanese tourists. One of the staff Ami , was the only one speak English and could help us.

Well maintained comfortable hotel. To maintain independence it is good to have a rental car. The shop next to the reception is an advantage. Breakfast is good and varied, more geared towards Japanese visitors.

Room was amazing! Facilities were great! We coupled our stay with scuba diving with Prime Scuba (great dive shop!!), which, coupled with the stay at this incredible hotel made the trip an unforgettable one!

One of the greatest hotels we've ever stayed at. We cannot wait to return. I recommend people stay in the Coral Wing and/or in an upgraded room-- these rooms are beautiful and designed incredibly intelligently. Separate sink and make up area outside of the bathroom so great for people who are grooming themselves whilst the bathroom is in use by a travel partner. The final stop on our tour of Japan we wanted luxury and the hotel delivered. Staff were very friendly and eager to help, and the hotel has good facilities, and even includes a convenience store for cheap snacks, though food in the bar was good and reasonably priced if you wanted a quick bite. They seemed to have evening performances on of different music which seemed a nice touch, and you can have a drink looking out to see at Iriomote as the sun sets. I really enjoyed my stay here! Simple and peaceful, with a short walk to Fusaki beach and the ability to use the resort amenities at a price. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I loved stargazing on the porch. Breakfast was ok but the portions were tiny, it would also be nice to have a little more variety. The only real downside was that the bedroom walls were super thin so I could hear everything from next door.

The place is very clean. There was a warm welcome every day. Great varied breakfasts were served every day and the manager took time to get to know guests and what they were planning to visit. I really recommend staying here. I plan to return!

Great hotel with amazing rooms and they also offer a free bar with nibbles between 2-6 in the afternoon which was nice. Good positioning fairly close to the town but nice and quiet next to the sea

A lovely eco friendly hotel in a nice location close to shops, within walking distance. There is parking available, laundry room, free filtered water and herbal teas and coffee. Breakfast is basic but freshly made each morning, healthy and traditional. There is free alcohol and mixers in the evenings. Pedal bikes available to hire. The staff were excellent, polite and caring.
