Great stay here. The room was modern and great location if your looking for good nightlife. Loads of nice restaurants and bars around. The only issue was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t amazing but it still did the job.

Nice

Good location in the middle of the village and 2 minutes walk to the beach. Clean but you have to know it’s noisy because of the bar just in front but with good earplug everything is fine. Very good price also compare to other hotel.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE!!!! First of all there was no window in our room. It’s in the middle of the party street so there’s absolutely NO sleep to get. Wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here.

Don’t if you are not there to party

Overall okay, the lady in the reception is great and the bed was allright. Everything seemed pretty worn down though, yellow bedding with stains, water takes about 5-10 minutes to get warm, all doors and windows have huge gaps that lets in mosquitoes and noise and the cleaning is nonexistent (terrible actually) Oh, and if you are not under the age of 25, I would highly recommend that you keep looking for something else. The hotel is right across the street from all the pubs, and neither the pubs nor the hotel have outside walls - meaning that is it like living inside the pubs in the worst possible sense. I slept okay with noise cancellations head phones, but it was definitely not what I had expected.

BAR NOISES EVERY NIGHT UNTIL 2AM… AWFULL…

Did not sleep well one night we stayed. There is multiple bars right outside the hotel, and they have pub crawls every other night… These nights were the worst and most noisy, but the sound and base are awfully loud every night until 2am. There is no information about this being the surroundings. Thankfully it was quiet in the mornings… Also there was no info about the place being 3 floors with no elevator. The lady in reception could not help with our suitcases. Don’t go here if you haven’t packed light or in a backpack. The room looked ok at first, but then we realized there were multiple not very nice things about it. The bed linen had many large holes in it, which looks terrible specifically together with the towel looking like it has been used for 20 years with ripped sides, dirt in the corners and balcony aswell as ants. I would never consider booking here again, we feel like we got our stay in Koh Tao disrupted by this accommodation and we will comply to get refunded or compensated. Enjoy the pics of the lovely towel and bed linen :D

All things considered… good value. Your own room for 1000bht… hostels were going for as much!! If you’re going to Koh Tao BOOK EARLY!! Can be pricey! The bad… right across the street from 2 bars that go till 2am then you have hostel kids coming back to the rooms till 4-5…lol (they can be loud) Lolol If you are over 35, with a partner, or have a little bigger budget… you probably want somewhere else… if you are 20-30 it’s perfect! lol Tip: there are 2 buildings… try to get the smaller building, 3rd floor facing away from Main Street! Larger unit has restaurant on top and that can be noisy from above as well as the bars!

Definitivamente no recomendado para personas con sueño ligero. Todos los días el night club de en frente con música muy fuerte que transpasaba con mucha facilidad las paredes. El housekeeping no fue el mejor. De hecho un día pusimos el cartel y siquiera entraron a re ponernos el agua. Las habitación estuvo bien. Aire acondicionado funcionaban muy bien también. Una lástima el no poder descansar tranquilo

Hotellet fejlede som sådan ikke noget, men det lå lige overfor en bar. Musikken var så høj HVER aften, at man kunne synge med på alle sange. IKKE et familiehotel. Kan anbefales for en enkelt overnatning, hvis I fx planlægger at tage i byen alligevel. Men hold da ferie en omgang støj.

Great stay near all the activity of Sairee Beach

Great location for bars, restaurants, convenience stores, beach, and nightlife. Very simple, very clean, bright and new guesthouse. Lovely staff, checked us in very early without batting an eye, no extra charges. Everytime we asked for any of the usual stuff they were happy to help (toilet paper, extra towels, directions, advice). My husband and I stayed four nights on the third floor and loved it. The central staircase is gorgeous, steep and made of dark wood. The shower takes a bit to warm up if you're after a hot shower, but this wasn't an inconvenience. It's in the prime area for bars and nightlife, so be comfortable with loud party sounds until somewhere between 12 and 2am if you choose to stay here. Great value for the price- we'd stay again!!

Highly recommend

This place is great value for money. The room is clean, comfortable, light and cool. Everything is finished to a high standard and the location is perfect. This hotel is right in the town so bars were a bit loud at night but you’ll get that with any other hotel in this area. Staff friendly and helpful.

Great Accomodations, Central to Town, but Noisy

The stay and accommodations were clean and modern. Service was great, we were able to book a tour and transportation with the front desk. The location is central, so you can walk to lots of shops, restaurants, and to the beach. The only downside is if you like to go to bed early, the bar across the street plays music very late which kept us up. But if you like to go out, this shouldn't be an issue.

Good social location, disappointing accommodation

Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful and that’s pretty much the only good thing.... first room had no windows (which wasn’t advertised on my booking) and was like a prison cell. Plug sockets didn’t work. Door was so thin you could see the light from the hall coming through it. I asked to move to a room with windows which wasn’t a problem. However, the room stunk of stale cigarettes. I barely got any sleep as the guesthouse is opposite pubs/bars which has music pounding until 2am and then before you know it there’s loud noise from about 7am onwards. I have never slept so badly. WiFi was questionable - when it worked it was pretty good. However it worked for probably half my stay. There was no tea or coffee satchets in the first room I had. Bathrooms could be cleaner! TV Had some English channels but the tv continuously cut out and lost signal. I ended up leaving a day early because I just could not stay there any longer. Real shame as I’d read such good reviews! Way overpriced for what I got and would not stay again or recommend.
