THE VILLA  
A private road leads to the villa (Typical Thai steep road), a nice building with all conveniences and furniture of high value. Situated in a small private community, surrounded by tropic nature, the villa offers an atmosphere of beauty and elegance. Sitting on the 90sqm terrace you can enjoy the soft wind of the ceiling-fans, the calm surrounding and a beautiful view to the sister island of Koh Phangan. The view connects the blue of the 50sqm private pool with the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Siam.  
You will not often use the fully equipped american kitchen because of the many typical Thai Restaurants near by. In the sleeping rooms and the living groom you can choose between fans or the coolness of the modern air conditions.  
  
There is an additional small bedroom for 2 children in a bunk bed.  
  
For your entertainment there is a 50 inch TV for international TV and also the German Wave, a DVD player and a Stereo System.  
W-Lan is of course included.  
  
In only a 3 min. drive (car or scooter recommended) you reach the white sandy beach of Bang Por. To feel always comfortable, you can park your car in a, covered Carport directly next to the villa.  
The golfers can enjoy one of the most beautiful 18 hole golf courses of Thailand just some kilometers away.  
Housecleaning: (included in the rent): full cleaning twice a week with linen & towels change  
  
The Villa are situated at the quiet north coast of the Island. Beautiful seaview. To the beach with many typical Thai restaurants it is a three minute drive by car or scooter. Just a step away is Fishermans Village with its cosy restaurants and bars. The famous but loud and crowded beach of Chaweng with a lot of discos and nightlife you can reach in a 10 - 15 minutes drive. The original main village of Nathon with its nightly food market and a lot of different shops is only 6 km away.   
In about 6 km distance the golfers can find their paradise. There they can play on one of the most famous and beautiful 18 hole golf courses of Thailand.  
it is possible to make guided excursions.

Golf: The international 18 hole Golf Course 'Sanitburi Samui Country Club' / Chamionship Golf course) in the hills of Samui was designed by the famous Golf Course Designer Pirapon Namatra.  
You are playing on special Golf grass and at the same time you can enjoy the beautiful views to the Gulf of Siam. Here you can play on one of the best and nicest Golf Courses of whole Asia, next to your villa of dreams.  
The rental price is for 4 adults and 2 kids (till 8 years).  
Full cleaning twice per week including the changing of the bedclothes and towels.
