Both bedrooms have floor-to-ceiling windows with direct views of the garden and pool, plus air conditioning and premium bedding for a restful night’s sleep. The well-equipped kitchen and stylish indoor-outdoor living area combine the freedom of a home with the indulgence of a five-star retreat.

Fisherman’s Village is within walking distance, with its vibrant night market, bars and restaurants. Samui’s best sandy beaches are just minutes away and the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute scooter ride. With the airport 9 km and Nathon Pier 15 km away, it’s the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Let us know in advance if you need flexibility and we will do our best to accommodate.

House rules: no smoking inside the villa, no pets, quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Cleaning: the villa is cleaned before arrival and every 4 days for stays of at least one week. Extra cleaning is available on request for a fee. Pool and garden are maintained regularly.

Utilities: electricity is charged separately at 8 THB per unit, as is common on Koh Samui. Water is included.

Security deposit: a refundable cash deposit of 5.000 THB is collected at check-in and returned at check-out, minus any damages or extra cleaning costs.
To ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to our house rules, which include no smoking in the villa, no pets, and respecting quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
