Guests staying at this villa can use a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is located on a hill, has two one-story houses and a fenced area. From the parking for two cars guests enter the lovely tropical garden. In the middle part of the villa there is a living room with kitchen, a sofa, a Smart-TV and a dining table. Next to the living room there is a small room with a washing machine and a toilet. The second house has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and private bathrooms. The location of the houses allows noisy rest in the living room and sleep in the bedrooms. Pool with sea view and with a gradual increase in depth (for families with children). Property is cleaned, linens and towels changed weekly. Service of pool and garden twice a week. When renting a villa for more than 10 days, electricity is additionally paid for 6 Baht / kW. To make the most of your stay, renting a car is recommended. We are happy to assist with this. Villa Liu was more than that. The house is stunning, and the view is mezmerizing. We watched the sunset every single day and it never seized to amaze us. There are great views on many different parts of the villa, but being able to lounge in the rotan circle while taking in all that beauty.. is the best! Kitchen is very complete, we cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Lot of nice places to sit, and even had some Netflix to enjoy a movie night. Pool is clean and is about half half in depth. (so one half is deep, the other more shallow and safe for kids) Vladimir, the owner, was extremely helpful with everything. Helped with contacting taxi friend (Mr. San, who we also very much recommend) and every question we had about our stay, the area etc. He was very kind and welcoming and stayed on top of keeping the property clean while being in contact with us, as to not disturb us.
