Rental Rates Include:

⠂Full time staff on-site (maid service & private chef)
⠂Daily cleaning, with bed linen changed twice weekly and pool towels changed as necessary

⠂A fully refundable cash security deposit of USD 500 / THB 15,000 (or equivalent) is required upon arrival as a standard security measure.
⠂Any minor damages or breakages will be charged at replacement value and must be settled in full before departure. This will be handled by the General Manager if applicable assessments.
