With stunning undisrupted 180 degree views of ocean throughout the day and evening you can either enjoy relaxing in the villa, or just with a short walk down to the beach front.   
  
OUTDOOR LIVING   
Your outdoor deck area features a large under cover comfortable seating area, with a ceiling fan to keep you cool in the hot climate, whilst still enjoying the outdoors. With ultra comfortable cushions and sun loungers, this is really the place to relax whilst soaking up the Samui sunshine. Cool off and take a dip in your own private infinity swimming pool, which boasts amazing sea views, as well as additional stalls where you can sit and enjoy a cold drink whilst being amazed throughout your stay by this incredible setting.   
  
There is a very spacious, communal outdoor BBQ area which you can make use of, if you would prefer to cook outside and enjoy the cool evening ocean breeze, and soak up the beautiful sunsets this villa has to offer.  
  
All seating areas are ideal for reading and relaxing in either the sun or shade - you won't fail to enjoy the magnificent setting that this property has to offer.   
  
INDOOR LIVING  
Stepping foot inside the villa you will be greeted by the instant feel of class and relaxation. The furniture is of the highest quality, altogether adding to the chic interior and luscious finish.   
  
The large indoor open-plan area features a western style kitchen with breakfast bar, coffee maker and fridge freezer, with full cooking and dining utensils. The kitchen and dining area can easily cater for 6, with additional stools seated at a breakfast bar adjoining the kitchen.   
  
The living area offers a top quality sofa and armchair, a large 65 inch flat screen TV installed on the wall, where guests can enjoy thousands of international TV, sport and movie channels, on demand.   
  
BEDROOMS  
The Main Villa offers 3 king sized bedrooms which are situated on the top floor. Each featuring their own en-suite bathroom with rain shower, WC and wash basin.   
The master bedroom features a large balcony, table and chairs, overlooking the private infinity pool, with spectacular views into the Gulf of Thailand ocean - a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee.   
  
The Ground Floor Apartment offers 1 king-size bedroom.  
  
The entire property is furnished to the highest quality for maximum comfort throughout, all indoor areas fully integrated with air conditioning and ceiling fans.  
  
HOUSE RULES  
  
\- We don't charge any general taxes   
\- Airport pick-up (one car only), house and pool cleaning and garden maintenance are included in the rental price   
\- Guests can request Thai cooking, Thai Massages, Baby sitter services and daily cleaning. If you require any of these additional services, we’ll organize it for you. You will need to pay these directly to the service provider.   
\- All linen and towels are provided.   
\- Electricity will be charged extra upon usage, currently 8 baht kilowatt/hr. This is common practice in Thailand. Please respect the environment, do not leave lights and air-conditioning on needlessly.   
\- No SMOKING INDOOR, please. Smoking allowed only outdoor in the patio/garden area. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF FOUND SMOKING WITHIN THE VILLA! - we take this very seriously!!   
\- No loud music or partying after 10 pm (indoor and outdoor). Please be respectful of neighbors, some whom live here full time.   
\- As usual, we are charging a refundable ‘security deposit’ to avoid any damages. The deposit is 10,000 THB (or 400 USD/ 400 EUR), payable at arrival in cash to the Villa Manager.   
\- No shoes indoor, please.
