We had an enjoyable time the facilities, rooms and staff all great and right on the beach! Only down side is the Ark Bar beach club next door playing music till 2am. The hotel do tell you in an email once you’ve booked though. Would stay again but stay away from the Shino rooms.

Lovely hotel right on the beach sunbeds providing you get up really early some people were saving at least 6 and not using them until the afternoon.breakfast was very good.

Located fright the heart of the party district and right on the beach. The staff are super. Downside, Room was below expectations, Room and Facilities are outdated and breakfast doesn't have enough options. No on-site gym.

Lovely resort right in the middle of all the action. Staff very attentive. Room clean. Mosquitos are a problem here but use your spray and it's fine.

Our Pest Control company uses an eco-friendly misting system and it takes a short time to disintegrate. Pleasant stay at Chaweng Garden Resort
It was amazing experience staying at Chaweng Garden Resort. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful in booking events and trips for our entire stay. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with enough veggie options. The location was in heart of the downtown where we could walk to restaurants and shopping. The pool was great and right on the beach

The resort is central to plenty of restaurants and bars. The resort gardens and general outside is pretty and well maintained. The accommodation is comfortable, however a little dated. The staff were lovely. The detractors were the breakfast. There was eggs available. However, they are sitting on plates uncovered and cold which are very unappealing. The rooms have both bath and pool/beach towels but i had to ask to get facewashers and hand towels, these should be standard. The staff were friendly and keen to assist. Overall for the price, i would recommend this resort.

Stayed here for 8 nights in Deluxe Garden Bungalow 2. Great room right near the pool, beach and restaurant. We were advised that the room is near a club next door and might be a bit noisy, Didn't bother us in the slightest. You do hear the music late at night, but nothing to stop you sleeping. Breakfast was outstanding with a few different varieties each day. Spent a lot of time in the sun loungers down on the beach which was made more enjoyable by the excellent/outstanding service by Zaw our wandering barman. Never waited for drinks or food which made our time very enjoyable (Outstanding work Zaw, always had a smile on your face and was good fun joking around with you) This hotel is right in the heart of Chaweng which made it easy to get around on foot. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!!! All the staff are OUTSTANDING!!!! and are there to help with any thing that pops up or any daily needs or enquiries. Can't wait to come back again next year!!

Property was on the beach and centre of town. Didn't get a welcome drink although other nationalities did and no chance of an upgrade even though plenty of upgrades being awarded. As of yet have never received any upgrade or benefits from this scheme. Sounds good but never materialises. Would also just like to say it cost me a fortune in mosquito bire cream as was bitten alive.
