So why only 3 stars? Well, there definitely are some issues. First and foremost for me is the noise level. The unit is presumably a converted store front, and is immediately adjacently to a busy street. When sitting in the kitchen/ living room area, you will hear every car, truck, and motorcycle (many without mufflers) passing by. There is a small park across the street with loud speakers that seem to blare community notices throughout the day. The good news is that this settles down by mid evening. Hot water for the shower is limited. For 1 person, it's fine, but for 2 people you would definitely have to ration. For more than 2 people... well someone is going to having to accept a cold shower. There is a small natural gas space heater for the bedroom area. It seems fine for October, but... it's probably not going to be sufficient for the winter. It does nothing to heat the kitchen sitting area. While overall I had a good stay, I do have some reservations about recommending this place. The kitchen is quite basic with a plug-in induction hot plate and a counter that's really too low for food preparation. Another concern is that there is no mechanism is seems to dispose of garbage. Wifi worked well. Communication from the management team was clear.
