Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zum Edeka in Königstein. Die anliegende Straße ist eher wenig befahren. Sie glänzte mit einer enormen Sauberkeit, die ich so selten in Ferienwohnungen erlebe. Alles tip top. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann ausgezogen werden, sodass eine schöne Wohnlandschaft entsteht. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, inklusive Herd und Geschirrspüler. Das Bad war sehr groß und hatte sowohl Dusche, als auch Wanne. Insgesamt waren wir hier sehr zufrieden. Mankos: Das Bad hatte auch eine Tür direkt ins Schlafzimmer, dadurch war es sehr laut, wenn einer die Wasserspülung oder den Wasserhahn nutze. Das Treppenhaus des Haus ist nicht sehr einladend und der Bewegungsmelder des Flutlichtes zu kurz geschaltet. Verbesserungsvorschlag außerdem: Ein Rollo im Bad. ##### Mareen R. Die Wohnung (2OG) ist super ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, leider ist den Außenbereich im Erdgeschoss und nach 4-8 Stunden wandern, war uns nicht mehr nach Treppensteigen, daher haben wir diesen nicht genutzt. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist noch, dass das Wohnzimmer nach vorn zu Straße liegt, bei 4er-Besetzung im Wohnzimmer mit offen fester schlafen ist aus Quasi unmöglich. Im Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus ist das kein Problem! Das Gute an der Lage der Wohnung (mitten in Königsstein) ist jedoch, dass die Wohnung für Wanderurlauber eine perfekte Lage hat! In jede Richtung gibt es direkt vor der Haustür super Wanderwege und mit der S-Bahn in der Kurtaxe inkl. ist man schnell an anderen Wanderspots! (In 2er-Belegung würden wir diese Wohnung jederzeit sehr gern wieder buchen!) ##### Andre M. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie befindet sich mitten im Wandergebiet. Wir haben 6 Tage unser Auto nicht genutzt. Die öffentlichen Anbindungen sind super und in fünf Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Übergabe und Kommunikation hat hervorragend geklappt und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und man benötigt kein Auto um die Gegend zu erkunden. Dank Kurkarte (welche man vom Vermieter erhält) kann man viele öffentliche Verkehrsmittel umsonst fahren und bekommt etliche Attraktionen vergünstigt. Dank Bahn und Fähre stehen einem alle Wege offen. Danke liebe Familie Krause! ##### Ina W. Die Kommunikation war hervorragend, man hat alle notwendigen Informationen erhalten. In der Wohnung liegt ebenfalls noch ein Heft mit vielen weiteren Informationen, u. a. zu der Umgebung. Sehr sauber, ein- und auschecken unkompliziert, Gastgeber sehr nett. Nett eingerichtet und das Bett nicht zu weich. Schön wäre nur, wenn die Küche eine Tür hätte, damit man beim Kochen die Gerüche darin halten kann. ##### Marten S. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber, eine neuwertige und sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage mit Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus.
