  • Situated right on the ocean, this newly renovated duplex offers some of the most spectacular views anywhere on the island. You will be staying in the one bedroom guest suite on the first floor of the house that features a fully stocked kitchen, a backyard, and private beach access.

    The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and an easy 15 minute walk through a scenic waterfront park leads you to downtown Kodiak.
