The rooms had mosquitos and flies. Had to chase and kill them. Thete were one set of towel and soap. The hot water was not comining little. The electric kettle was not working.There were not even one chair to sit down.
There should be an additional light on top of the facial mirror in the bathroom to shave and pls keep some hangers in the closet.
The mirror on the closet could be full size as it will be useful for women clients.
Had to go down and the ask the reception how to use wifi. Could have left an instruction paper in thr room. Should also paste a sticker on the phone to call the reception.
People who book here should understand that at peak hours it costs around Rs 200 or so to go upto Lulu mall and make sure that you call UBER atleast 10 minutes before your departure as it is little far off from the main road in Vazhakala .
Write the hotel name as Heavens garden Trebol hotel in orgin of uber.
Breakfast was idali and chapathi with sambar and egg curry. Bread with jam and butter. No toaster.
Coffee and tea are so and so. The flask does nit say which is tea and coffee. The onky thing that I found good was idali. Sambar was too thick and spicy.
Should start breakfast at 6.30 AMso that people whi got to go for meetings could have an early breakfast.

I liked the stay at treebo heaven gardens, kochi. Only thing which is not good is the hotel's location. It is very far inside from the main road. Car is needed for commuting to and from the hotel.

Remote location. Very far from main roads, getting uber, ola, taxi is very difficult. New hotel, still being constructed. Staff very good and supportive, rooms are good to average. Location is a problem. Located in a residential area, roads are very narrow and taxi difficult to get. Every time we had to ask staff to get taxi for us. They managed somehow to get taxi, but takes time.
