ODSAPKA is a charming, newly built guesthouse from 2017, located in the picturesque village of Zieleniewo near Stargard, right by one of the largest lakes in Poland - Lake Miedwie. Encouraging in its modernity and proximity to nature, this property is the ideal place to relax for those who value comfort and proximity to nature.  
  
In the modernly designed guesthouse ODSAPKA, 8 comfortably furnished flats await guests, which can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. Each flat is spacious and elegantly furnished, providing ideal conditions for relaxation and rest. The property does not provide facilities for the disabled, which is worth bearing in mind when planning your stay.  
  
Outside, the guest house offers access to a well-kept garden and barbecue equipment, making it an ideal place to spend quiet evenings with friends or family. Just 150 metres away from the guesthouse is the beach on Lake Miedwie, offering numerous attractions and opportunities to be active in nature.  
  
Lake Miedwie, the diverse recreational offer of the area, including hiking and cycling trails, as well as access to water equipment, are factors that attract many active leisure enthusiasts to Zieleniewo. In close proximity to the guesthouse, there are a variety of restaurants, sports equipment rentals and a playground, which also makes the place family-friendly for families with children. The convenient location, both in relation to Szczecin and Stargard, makes the guesthouse an easily accessible and attractive place on the tourist map of the region.

Der Aufenthalt selbst war ok, der Vermieter absolut problematisch. Alles muss extra bezahlt werden, der Vermieter versucht jeden möglichen Euro zu ergaunern. Das führt bis zur Verhängung von Strafgeldern, die dann von der Kaution abgezogen werden.

#### Familienzeit

Wir verbrachten 2Tage im Ferienhaus. Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 17 Personen dort und hatten ausreichend Platz. Allerdings fehlte uns eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Backofen. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde uns dann gebracht auf Nachfrage. Gestört haben uns nur die diversen Kameras im Aussenbereich . Man fühlt sich immer irgendwie beobachtet.

Die Lage ist einfach ausgezeichnet, ein wenig versteckt. Absolute Traumlage, separater Zuweg zum sehr nahe gelegenen Wasser, ein Spielplatz in der Nähe und gute Möglichkeiten um sich zu stärken. Immer wieder.

#### Schöne Unterkunft, gute Lage

Alles war wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Vermieter waren nett, allerdings haben sie uns für 2 Tage Feuerholz Nutzung nochmal ordentlich Geld angerechnet. Das war etwas happig. Also Vorsicht, am besten selbst mitbringen oder nicht nutzen. Sonst alles OK.
