Great friendly staff

The staff were amazing throughout our stay — very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which we really appreciated. However, the breakfast could do with more attention and improvement as the selection and overall experience felt quite underwhelming. The property itself also needs investment and upgrading. On our first night, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom which made the experience really unpleasant. Thankfully, the staff handled it professionally and got it fixed the next day, but that first night was honestly difficult. The bathroom also needs a complete refresh. Every time we showered, water would flood onto the bathroom floor, which became frustrating very quickly. Then, two days before we checked out, the shower door broke as well. Overall, while the staff made a great impression and did their best to help, the maintenance and condition of the property unfortunately let the experience down.

Breakfast spread was more than adequate. Staff were friendly. The downhill walk to a part of the city center is good 12 minutes. Good value for money!
