The kitchen is very well equipped with: oven, electr. Stove with extractor hood, a large and a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and of course sufficient dishes. Adjacent is an utility room with a professional dishwasher, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc. There is also a tumble dryer and washing machine in the house for guests to use. In this apartment there are 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each, and 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds. The beds have adjustable slatted frames and very good 7-zone cold foam mattresses. There is a softer and a harder mattress side in every bedroom. The "salon" of the apartment only serves as a common room. The TV (32 inch flat screen) with digital satellite connection can a PC can also be connected to listen to music or play back recorded films. This apartment has 2 shower rooms and a guest toilet. With full occupancy of all bedrooms, there is also another communal bathroom with 2 showers and a separate toilet in the basement of the house, as well as a guest toilet. Unser gebuchtes Haus wurde kurzfristig umgebucht wg eines Schadens. Das passierte alles sehr unkompliziert und zuverlässig, aber die Bewertung s.o. passt nur bedingt. In der Goldgrube hatten wir ein Haus mit 3 abgeschlossenen Etagen, prima. Alles sauber und modern, nichts zu meckern. Außer: die Matratzen waren uns viel zu weich und "kuhlig". Das mag Geschmackssache sein, für uns war das nichts. Ansonsten alles top: Nähe zur Altstadt, zu Restaurants, guter Kroate direkt nebenan, sehr gute Busanbindung. Der anhängende Garten befindet sich noch in der Gestaltungsphase, aber die Terrasse ist schon gut nutzbar. ha ##### Heidrun P. Wir waren von Freitag Mittag bis Sonntag Mittag im Haus und konnten sowohl früher ein- als auch später auschecken. Das Haus war für uns 7 Personen mit 5 Schlafräumen, einer gut eingerichteten Küche, einem passenden Wohnzimmer und einem Garten, in dem wir grillen konnten, gut ausgestattet. 2 Duschen mit Toilette sowie eine separate Toilette waren ebenfalls absolut passend. Einzig die Umgebung ist nicht optimal. Gegenüber war eine Fabrikhalle und nebenan eine Tankstelle. Das trübt zwar den ersten Eindruck, war aber wenig störend. Da es sich um ein Industriegebiet handelt, mussten wir zum Einkauf mit dem Auto fahren. Dafür gab es vor dem Haus eine Buslinie, die uns in die Stadt brachte. Und da die Schlafräume von der Straße abgelegen lagen, waren die Nächte angenehm ruhig. Fazit : Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen. ##### Frank K. Negativ: - Lage für Urlauber ungeeignet.
