High-quality holiday home in a quiet residential area near the Fort Asterstein landscape park. The city center and old town are within easy walking distance. This modern 85 m² holiday home in Koblenz’s Asterstein district offers 3 bedrooms, a living-dining room with seating for 5, a separate U-shaped kitchen with a breakfast area for 3, a bathroom with shower and humidity-controlled ceiling fan/WC, a guest WC, a balcony, and a terrace with electric awning and garden furniture. The rooms are spread over three levels; windows and balcony door have insect screens.



The Wi-Fi router and amplifier were renewed in autumn 2025.



The interior was extensively renovated at the end of 2020, and the outdoor area was redesigned at the same time. City maps, travel guides, cycling and hiking maps, and comprehensive information about Koblenz, the Middle Rhine Valley, and the surroundings are available in the house. A baby travel cot, two high chairs, a stool, and a toilet seat reducer are provided free of charge if needed.



Parking is free of charge in the immediate vicinity on public streets.



Good bus connections (lines 5/15 and 26) are just a 3-minute walk from the house. Various attractive mini group day tickets (up to 5 people) for Koblenz and the entire VRM network by bus and train are available. Further helpful public transport information will be provided upon arrival.



Distances on foot: shopping center 900 m, city center 1900 m, old town 2400 m, Rheinsteig 1000 m, fortress 2500 m. When walking from the city back to the house, please allow about 5 extra minutes compared to the way there.
