Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre helldurchfluteten Räume und den bodentiefen Fenstern. Sie ist sehr geräumig und mit vier Personen hatten wir ausreichend Platz. Wie schon von den anderen Gästen erwähnt, ist der Balkon genial und bietet einen tollen "Weitblick"! Wir haben den Balkon täglich nutzen können aufgrund des schönen Wetters. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen und der Preis einfach top. Die Neubauwohnung ist sehr groß, sehr hell, sehr ruhig, sehr sauber mit allen annehmlichkeiten und einer umfangreichen Ausstattung für 4 Personen, Top-Standart Sehr liebevoll dekoriert, sogar der Balkon. Bettwäsche und Hantücher sind zum zubuchen. Das Badezimmer ist geräumig und modern mit einer großen Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein großes Doppelbett und einen riesigen Schrank, endlich einmal, oft weiß man nicht wohin man die Kleidung hängen soll. Der Wohnraum mit Kochzeile, Essplatz und Sofaecke gut angeordnet. Die Möbel alle top. Sehr guter Fernseher und sehr gutes WiFi. Großer Balkon mit guten Stühlen und Tisch, mit einem schönen Ausblick bis zur Festung. Ein Parkplatz hatten wir direkt am Eingang, für Fahrräder gibt es eine Garage. Besonders hervorzuheben, dass die FeWo absolut „kindertauglich“ ist, sei es Steckdosensicherungen, Kindergeschirr oder Spielsachen, alles vorhanden! Die FeWo ist sehr geräumig und großzügig und wir haben uns mit unseren 3 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Lage: Die FeWo lag für uns ideal, um unsere Verwandtschaft in näherer und weiterer Umgebung ( Koblenz, Linz am Rhein, Köln) zu besuchen. Schnelle Autobahnanbindung! In der Küche haben uns persönlich ein paar Utensilien gefehlt, aber das war jetzt nicht so wild. Vor allem der schöne Ausblick vom Balkon des Wohnzimmers am Ende eines Tages hat die Seele baumeln lassen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die sympathische Vermieterin! Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes in die Garage stellen und hatten für unseren PKW einen extra Stellplatz, was sehr komfortabel war. Jederzeit würden wir diese Wohnung weiter empfehlen.
